Zoey is a red, female bloodhound, estimated age between 2 & 3 years old.  She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations and heartworm negative.  She is housebroken. Zoey is special needs.  She has a condition commonly known as "dry eye" which requires daily medication for the rest of her life. She is a very active and exuberant young lady who desperately needs some love and training.  She has a great disposition with adults, older children and other dogs.  She loves to howl at her foster mom's cats but doesn't try to hurt them.  However due to her size and activity level, she will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 6.  She rides well in a car, and is learning not to jerk and pull on a leash.  Zoey is fostered in FL.
