Kelsie is a purebred, black & tan female bloodhound, approximate age 3-4 years. She was thrown away because she was not healthy. She has a severe case of heartworms, which is being treated in foster care. She is up-to-date on vaccinations and spayed. She will not be available for adoption until she has completed her heartworm treatments in late July. She is a very sweet girl, loving with people of all ages and other dogs. She will be tested with cats. She is crate-trained and housebroken (to hardwood floors any way). She is very shy when she first meets new people, but warms up quickly when she is talked to.
