Bella is a purebred, black & tan female bloodhound, approximate age 18-24 months. She was removed from her original owners' possession for neglect. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccations and healthy. She tested mildly heartworm positive and has been placed on prevention as a treatment. She is still a bit thin, but is gaining weight nicely. She has a great temperament with everyone and everything, though she is still a rowdy puppy and may not do well in a home with very small children (because she will continually knock them down). She is being housebroken in foster care and learning to sleep in a crate. She loves to ride in the car and be with her people. She is also crazy about water, spending much of her day playing in a baby pool or dunking her entire face in the water bowl. Bella is fostered in Jacksonville, FL.
